Currently, the Faculty of Medical Sciences at Newcastle University has 800 doctoral research students and over 500 academic staff. I worked closely with the client to design a 40-page handbook that outlines the support, guidance, and opportunities available for postgraduate research students. I managed this project from start to finish and I led client discussions, managed timescales, and liaised with external stakeholders.
